We are heading down to St. George this week for Spring Break. We have been planning to take the kids down there ever since we moved here. I've never been there and Ricky hasn't been there since he was a missionary. So, we booked a room at the Hampton Inn for Thursday and Friday nights. We will hike around Zion National Park on Thursday and Friday, then go to Snow Canyon on Saturday.
I guess that St. George is a pretty popular place during Spring Break. It seems that everyone I talk to is going there. In fact, last Saturday we met our friends, the Scoresbys, at the park. While Amber and I watched the kids play, she asked me about Spring Break:
Amber: So, do you have plans for Spring Break?
Me: Yeah, we're going to St. George.
Amber: Oh really? So are we! When are you leaving?
Me: Thursday.
Amber: So are we. Where are you staying?
Me: At the Hampton Inn.
Amber: WE'RE staying at the Hampton Inn!
So Riley and Brant have been planning all the pool parties and sleepovers they are going to have with the Scoresbys in St. George.
