And finally, the night got better with a trip to Target where we shopped for the perfect pair of shoes we would buy to go with the dress we got to go with the shoes.
Gavin picked out this pair and seemed a little too comfortable strutting his stuff wearing them.

Why did we really go to Target? You see, we are celebrating a very special birthday tomorrow. Lance will be FIVE! Don't expect any pictures, though, because he informed me tonight that he does NOT want me to take any pictures of the "Happy Birthday" singing and I could take ONE!! of him tomorrow night at Pump-It-Up.
