The Day We Lived In Our Car



It took us exactly 34 hours to get home from Alabama. We left at 4:30 pm Eastern Time on Sunday, stopped to eat and run around a few times and pulled into our driveway at 1:30 am Mountain Time Tuesday morning. The temperature dropped 60 degrees along the way. That's all I have to say about that.

Here are Dave and Gavin, in PJs, playing football at a stop somewhere in New Mexico.

Every kid should run around in the their PJs at a rest stop in New Mexico at some point in their life. It is just one of those milestones.
