This Meeting Of The Giggly Girls Club Will Now Come To Order

Sometime during the school year, Riley and five other girls in her class organized themselves into a club they call the Giggly Girls. Besides being inseparable at school, they get together about once a month at one of their houses to watch a movie or just play. Yesterday it was our turn to host the giggly fun. Here they are eating their snack: (Andrien, McCall, Bethany, Riley, Rilee, and Niccolina) Riley and I thought it would be fun for them to make a craft using my vinyl-cutting machine. We decided to let them each make a wooden sign to hang in their rooms. Here are the three that were still here when I remembered to take a picture. They turned out cute, huh? Afterwards I got to be thinking what a fun idea it would be for a birthday party. It really was super easy. I went to Home Depot and bought a 1"x8"x6' and cut the wood into 1 foot sections. Ugly Face Contest

We have sick kids today. Riley, Brant and Lance felt puny all weekend. Fever, headaches, etc. Riley and Brant still aren't 100% so they got to skip school. Lance is feeling the yuckiest of all. So, what do we do on this cold, gray, sick day? We rent some movies from the Redbox and have an Ugly Face Contest. Here are the entries in order from youngest to oldest: Gavin (yes, that's mascara...don't ask)- Lance - Brant (Sporting more renegade mascara applied by Gavin and SORRY, I know this looks gross, but he really gets into this.) - Riley - Trent (His entry doesn't really count because he's not sick) - ..and Me (also not sick, but I thought I'd put one up just to be fair) - So, who do YOU think makes the best Ugly Face? Seriously, vote...the winner gets an Arctic Circle milk shake. (When they feel better and I'm sure I won't have to clean it out of the carpet or their bed, if you know what I mean.)
