{Lunch in the Courtyard}

While Ricky was in his classes this morning, I walked around downtown Ketchum exploring the shops and feeling a little weird being alone. We met back at the hotel courtyard for lunch...
Sun Valley is America's oldest ski resort. Ernest Hemingway had a home here and it is still the chosen destination for many celebrities. I can see why... it's beautiful, tucked away in the mountains, and reminds me so much of Bavaria.
We are enjoying our fancy suite with chocolate on our pillows every night when the maid comes to turn down our bed. A couple of funny stories about our room: We were walking back into the hotel this afternoon with the President of the Association that is putting on the conference. He had been caught in a quick rainstorm while playing golf and commented that he wished his room was big enough for him to open his umbrella to air it out. We were like, "Yeah, totally", while we walked to our three room suite with a living room, large bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom... it is actually bigger than our first house. No lie. Then tonight, while were had dinner with the owner of a local engineering firm, he was joking around with his wife and kindof making fun of her and she kiddingly said, "if only our room had a couch for you to sleep on tonight." We should probably feel bad that we got the upgrade, but we'll just enjoy it and it will be our little secret...
And thanks to wonderful modern technology, I was able to help Brant with his homework tonight via FaceTime...
