{Uncle Sam costume: Take 2}
Lance has known that he wanted to me Uncle Sam for Halloween for months. We ordered his costume with plenty of time to spare, but after sitting in Minneapolis for over a week, it still isn't here. The tracking website says it should be here by Halloween afternoon. That won't help us for the school parade, so this afternoon we got creative with some red and white stripey fabric, some church clothes, and posterboard, and came up with this. He is pretty happy about it and says it is better than the one we ordered. :)
This afternoon was all about caramel apples and my twice-monthly trip to SAMs Club. (With a few extra treats for Halloween.)
And Ricky sat front and center this afternoon to hear the Governor speak...
