Tomorrow is the much-anticipated 6th Grade Field Day. Riley and four of her friends got together and formed a team several weeks ago. They named themselves the Ladybugs and decided that they wanted to make matching t-shirts. This afternoon they came over after school and got to work designing their shirts. I got this sweet material that I cut with my vinyl-cutter and we ironed onto the shirts. They turned out super-cute. I'll post a picture of all of them wearing their shirts tomorrow.

I feel terrible that Ivy got cut out of this picture. She is so beautiful and sweet and one of Riley's favorite friends...
Today at school Mr. Bilboa told all of the teams that they had to include boys and girls. So Riley's team had to trade two of their girls for two boys. The boys said they were fine with being ladybugs and one of them even said he wanted a t-shirt. Riley made him one and decided it would be extra-special for him if she added some sparkly jewels to it. We hope he likes it...
