So this picture of the day was not actually taken today. It could have been if it weren't snowing outside and if my skin wasn't pasty white like it is right now and if Dave and I could sit out on the deck and play guitar like we did last summer. Instead, today Dave came over and we played guitar and sang some of our favorite tunes. Dave is my awesome brother/guitar teacher/friend/admired Uncle to my children and many more things. He can play guitar like nobody's business and every time he comes to visit, he leaves me feeling happy and inspired.By the way, this picture is from July 4, 2010. C'mon Summer! We can't wait to see you!
