{On the road to California!}

We got up bright and early and headed south. First destination: Las Vegas. It was so great to drive south on I-15, leaving behind the snow and cold. Trent took all of these pictures from the car.

We were at the Francis' house in Vegas by lunchtime. I think we were as excited to see our favorite (former) neighbors as we were to go to Disneyland. They prepared a delicious BBQ lunch for us and we chit chatted while the kids played upstairs.

Before we got back on the road, they brought us to this awesome park behind their neighborhood. We gathered the kids together for a picture. If you look close, you can see the Vegas skyline in the background. I bet the view is amazing at night, too.
