Sorry for the yucky picture, but with all this talk about pink slime, I sure am glad that we don't get our meat from the grocery store. News reports say that as many as 70% of grocery stores sell ground beef with the nasty additive. We have this great little butcher shop in AF that we order our beef from. A couple of times each year, we go in with some friends on a 1/2 of a cow. We order it, the butcher slaughters, dresses, and wraps it, (right in front of us if we want - although I'm not into that) and we pick it up all wrapped up nice and pretty in white paper. And that's some good meat...
