{Education Expo at Westlake}

Busy night tonight. First stop was the CES Education Expo at Westlake High School. The senior missionaries were so helpful and kind. When we got there they were still setting up but they welcomed us and gave the little boys lots of treats. We walked around and talked to representatives from several colleges, but Trent was most interested in talking to the Army recruiters. Did you know that if a recruit is an Eagle Scout, he is automatically bumped up one pay grade when he signs on? Pretty cool.

After the expo, we walked next door - literally next door, in the same building - to Riley's Choir Festival. Each of the choirs from the high school, middle school, and elementary schools in Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain presented a few numbers. At the end they all took the stage and sang together. It was nice, but a little long. Here are all of the choirs. The chairs in front of us are empty because we were sitting with the high school choir until it was their turn to sing...
