{Brigham City Temple Open House}

Ricky is attending a conference in Logan this week so he invited us to take him up there and arranged for us to attend the Open House for the new Temple in Brigham City on the way. We love to take our little ones especially to see the inside of a Temple when we have the opportunity. So here's the really cool part: Logan is about 2 hours from our house and in that two hours of driving, we passed NINE temples. But here is the beautiful new Temple that was the reason for our trip...
The Temple was absolutely lovely on the inside. Brigham City is a quaint little town with so much history and a great older Tabernacle right across the street from the Temple. Logan is about a 1/2 hour past BC, so we headed up there, found Ricky's hotel, and stopped at Chick-fil-a for dinner. We had never been to Idaho before tonight so we decided to keep driving. We made it to Idaho right as the sun was setting. We have now traveled to 35 states! Riley and Lance jumped out for a picture....

Earlier, in Logan we stopped by the Temple there to have a look around...
And right about bedtime we left Ricky at the hotel and headed home. When we passed back through Brigham City we thought the new Temple looked so pretty at night...
