{Church History Museum and Temple Square}

For today's activity, we met Mimi and Grant downtown to tour the Church History Museum and Temple Square. This is one of our favorite places to be and it's so special to come here with the Emmertsons. The Museum is exhibiting Norman Rockwell scouting-themed pictures called "American Originals". We kindof love scouting in our family and loved the exhibit. While we were walking around Riley got this huge smile on her face and said. "I just love boys!" *pause* "...and Scouts." *pause* "...and Boy Scouts." :)

A favorite activity in the Children's Area at the museum is the Latin Dancing corner. Annie has way more funny pictures on her phone of the kids dancing, but here is one of Brant putting on his skirt...
The kids love the South Visitor Center because of the Mormon Messages display, the Family History area, and the exact replica of the Salt Lake Temple, where you can see inside every room. And adjacent to the replica are huge windows facing the Temple...
